YTC (Youth Taking Charge) is the youth coalition of HEAAL that comes together every 3rd Saturday of the month at 9am-11am. 700 E. Jefferson Street STE 200, Phoenix AZ 85051, if you have or know a youth between the ages of 12-17 who is interested is learning and building leadership development, advocating to peers about substance misuse in the community, and team building.
